“I believe transformation is possible — in us, in our institutions, and in the stories we tell about what’s holy.”
— Mark Dilcom
Who I Am
I am a public theologian, activist, truth-seeker, and former angry atheist.
Rooted in years of sobriety and healing, I bring over four decades of leadership in operations, product launches, and large-scale training across multiple industries.
My career has included directing operations for leading wireless carriers, overseeing major transportation companies, and developing national training programs that have certified tens of thousands. Known for clarity, compassion, and a proven ability to deliver results, I’ve spent a lifetime transforming systems — and now, I’m transforming faith itself.
Author of Unrepentant
I am the author of UNREPENTANT: Our Manifesto of Queer Divinity and Sacred Justice — the cornerstone of my work and a prophetic call to rebuild faith on the foundation of measurable love.
Unrepentant is more than a book; it’s a declaration and roadmap for ending religious abuse, reclaiming our sacred worth, and building communities fierce enough for our time. It invites us to practice a love that heals, includes, and liberates.
Founder of DIVINE Spaces
Through DIVINE Spaces, I help faith communities translate these ideas into action — guiding them to become safe, affirming, and accountable. DIVINE Spaces exists so that queer people and all who have been cast out are fully welcome, and every person flourishes as our God creates them to be.
Public Speaker & Teacher
As a public speaker and teacher, I bring prophetic fire, humor, and emotional honesty to every stage. My talks invite audiences to confront harmful theology, rediscover belonging, and rebuild faith that heals instead of harms.
Whether keynoting at conferences, speaking at universities, or leading workshops and retreats, I create experiences that awaken courage, compassion, and conviction. My presence blends three energies that define my voice: prophetic fire, wounded healer, and sacred joy.
Ongoing Work
I also co-host Radical Love Live, a conversation series exploring faith, theology, and justice at the edges of church and culture. It’s one of the many ways I amplify the message of Unrepentant — that Jesus does not shame, love that harms is not love, and our freedom is the proof of our faith.
My work is rooted in one conviction: transformation is possible — in us, in our institutions, and in the stories we tell about what’s holy.
I invite communities, organizations, and individuals to join me in reimagining what faith can be when radical love becomes our measure and sacred belonging becomes our practice.
